can you recommend me some of the Chinese horror series, cuz i haven't seen one.
DP13, Thanks for asking for asking 4 recommendations on Chinese Horror movies. I do not many by Chinese Titles/Characters or even by the English Names. With Sci-Fi, Mystery, Horror, Religious and Fantasy being my favorite genres (and I watch various Foreign Films in all genres):
For myself, I either do a search online or just shift through the filters and find movies on my own. I also have found a lot of B-rated (and sometimes C-rated w/lower budgets) to have great storylines and sometimes often then naught, decent visuals w/out all the high-end CGI or other costly expenses from the big studios.
ALLOW me to come and edit this in a few hours EST (eastern standard time USA) and I will provide some links just in case you are not located in the USA. I work at the hospital w/3 different job titles overnights, so I am quite busy and run on little time.
In the meantime, ask your around and do your own search. Note, that some of the lists/links I will provide will NOT just be 100% horror but involve other elements off other genres...but I will do my best.
But to move on Hey, Everyone! It has been a while since I wrote a detailed comment.
Any word if there will be a Season 2 for this drama and The Guest? I get so darn tired of serious good shows "that" do not "fit the norm" or get the love they deserve getting canned after one season. So much potential and it's just wasted time and space, and it is an insult to the staff /crew who work tirelessly for low pay and often not "ideal" situations. ( My opinion).
Shows like these aforementioned, I will take any day OVER other shows that are just "fluff" and have no real value. Just because they are popular at the moment, they often have no real purpose or sense in life. I am sure you guys can get ideas on shows/movies and cartoons that are the "it" popular product at the moment.
Do not get me wrong, I love my comedies. romances, superheroes, and family fun as well. But dramas and other shows like this have some "serious" instrumental content at hand that evokes endless thought and spiritual emotion in people. I am such a huge fan of horror, mystery, and the "unknown" because stuff presented in these genres REALLY is taking place in REAL-TIME!!!
People for whatever reason like to take "sneak peeks" at shows that deal with religions (from all faiths) and even those who follow a spiritual faith; seem to me to be "snickering" in the background. And it is such a shame! People and naysayers see the "fantasy" stuff as fluff BUT there is more realism in these genres than in the other genres combined.
A double major in both English and World History and minors in Philosophy, Sociology, and Religious Studies; I am ALWAYS captivated ( as other fans of "A HIGHER STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS"!!!
Again, just sharing my thoughts and opinions. As one can see in my profile: I love and have an appreciation for all types of genres. Fans can only "hope" they will bring these shows back. As for me, I dislike seeing many AMAZING storytelling dramas/shows/movies from Japan and S. Korea get the short end of the stick.
Right now, I am concentrating more on the Chinese industry that like the USA/Canada/Mexico has more than 1 to 2 seasons of "HIDDEN GEMS"!!!

I am excited for Yuta. But where is Sachio (Jun Shison)??? His boyz are there but not the leader?? And did we NOT see a crow or crows at the end of the movie...so we were led to possibly believe the next fight would be with Suzuran???
Also, there are so many unanswered questions, backstories and closures missing from the previous films such as:
01. The connection between Rude Boys Shion and Iemura Group Nikaido??? Smokey "implied" to me that I interpreted as they were brothers and that Nikaido was ashamed of his past? Or maybe cousins or close kin???
02. The fight scene between Murayama and Hyuga when Murayama asked Hyuga if he won the fight against him, would Hyuga join the fight to help the White Rascals against Doubt.
03. Where happened to all the girls in the movies???
04. The next chapter in the Rude Boys where Takeshi becomes the new leader after Smokey passes??? AND more Zen, please!!! =0)
05. DTC left me a bit disappointed. I wanted to see more of the minor characters get their time in the spotlight. Goki is a fine actor and he can be the lead in movies/dramas if given the chance.
06. What about The Mighty Warriors? More of Ryu, please!!!???!!!
This director was accused of sexual assault. Now, it has me seriously questioning the films/shows by him. Why am I NOT surprised??? I am (without bias) questioning why on earth anyone (especially some of the actors/actresses .....{some of my favs} would allow and tolerate this BS. I would not be surprised if he slept with the opposite sex. And do you really think his wife was oblivious to all of this? No way in hell, would I have his baby if he was/is doing this stuff. This makes me sick....ALL OF IT!!!!
We need a Season 2 and a couple movies. I love this drama along with The Guest. Seen both dramas over 12+ times. For me to watch shows or horror/religion dramas/movies like this...it would have to be pretty special like: The Exorcist, The Omen, The Ring/Ringu, Amercian Horror Story, Psycho, anything Japanese Horror, Aliens, and other sci-fi/horror/reliogious genres from 50's-early 90's. We need more shows like this. I loved both Korean dramas equally.
I cannot believe that there are no more upcoming seasons!!!???!!! Such a shame!! I wish for the cast to come!!! Truly in my TOP 10 dramas from ANY country!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
Anything w/Yuki in it, I AM DOWN!!!! I am an English major. I think I will write a drama with him as my main character. Something about him (since I discovered him in High & Low)... that takes MY BREATH AWAY!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! xoxoxoxo
