But to be fair to Li Wenhan is in a china/south korea band and the political tension between China and South Korea at this time is not good because of North Korea and THAAD. Google it for more info. But it's the same reason why Wayv is not called NCT China and Lay isnt in EXO right now. So Wenhan is literally stuck in limbo.
