Can we talk about how this drama does not have the annoying dribble I hate in BLs? No stereotypically offensive group of gay guys lusting after main , barely any fanpages bs (mentioned twice maybe?), no overused sound effects, no poop jokes, no super homophobic rhetoric, no ugly blue shorts, no loud soundtrack that bursts in during a romantic scene?

honestly i could go on. i hope this show continues to NOT disappoint

I love Bohn's expressions omfg they are so god damn cute. "They have set ups. No spontaneous/nonsensical shit " YES THANK YOU. It's funny and cute without the bs.

I think the reason this show is more like a 7 or 6 to me is because the writing is really weak. They're good at writing "scenes" and moments but not a plot. The plot is super bland and all over the place. The pacing is terrible. Also, the characters are kinda inconsistent. For example, when Zon and Saifah were flirting a few episodes ago, Saifah was gonna kiss him. Then Zon says I don't feel that way about you. Then like a scene later they're flirting again like the rejection never happened. Who would go on flirting after getting rejected to your face? Even if it was a bad translation, this was really weird. And the really tropey scenes are almost a parody. Idk maybe I'm the only one who feels this way. High production can't hide these flaws.

The actors are really the ones holding it together. I'd probably drop it otherwise.
