That's the beauty of the soul swapping, it's the mystery of it. There's a whole thread of wild theories and its fun to read and discuss. The hong sisters are a hit and miss with their stories but i personally think this is their best work yet.

Having watched some of the Hong sisters other works, i don't think they'll do a Mr Queen. But they might do a sad one 😔. They did do happy endings.

We all know xianxia are the originals. I don't think anyone is denying it. It just so happens that AoS has a good story that's why people are loving it.

I've watched some Hong sisters past works (they are the screenwriters), and comedy is carried throughout the series. But the stories get more serious and have tear jerker moments.

I guess they'll maybe end it like hotel del luna. But they come back season 2. That actually makes me feel better 🙂

I'm preparing myself for an ending i might not like. This was written by the Hong sisters who gave us Hotel del Luna and Korean odyssey. I am already attached to the characters.

This is a masterpiece but so underrated. I do think there should be a remake. The issues in this show are still modern day problems. If a remake is done to make it more modernized, maybe younger audience can relate. If only Vic and Barbie were younger, that would be amazing.

If you want more romance, Chinese version. Thai is more of a coming of age story. Don't expect to much in regards to acting, both versions have newbie actors. I prefer the Chinese one cause I like the college setting, though the pacing is slower since it has 49 episodes.

romance- Chinese. Friendship wise- Chinese and Thai , SLS - Thai and Korean. Bullying was addressed more with the Thai version . Overall, Chinese is better IMO, I prefer college setting. Makes more sense that ML is smart and a graduate of finance so he can run a multibillion dollar company.

I actually wish they did #2. At least if Thyme and Gorya lasted that long, then this would be a romcom genre. But no, it's just a coming of age story with slight romance.

I also think the snowstorm is so important. Of all the times JuPyo/Ahsi saved Jandi/Shansai, this was life and death situation. It was just the 2 of them trying to survive because there was no one else coming. The writers could just have change it to Gorya getting lost in a forest and a typhoon happening. Thailand has so many islands that they could have gone to. And plus, a Kavin Kaning moment. Just so much missed opportunity.

Same, fave is MG18, i thought F4 Thai was going to be close 2nd, but by the 3rd or 4th episode, it just went downhill for me. IMO, romance was not well developed, it just felt like puppy love. I'm still watching it but the excitement isn't there.
