Guang Xi's mom had GX with a different dad. Yike's dad had Yike and her younger brother with a different mom. So as a result of that, they are technically no blood whatsoever related at all. The writer did not do a good job clarifying that!

you are right...because a lot of people misunderstood their family connection...(actually NO BLOOD RELATED) and feel uncomfortable from there on to continue to watch...But i enjoyed it so far...the best pairing noona couple...and the acting is very organic and spontaneous which has all the genuine feel and no awkwardness...so far. Please have a good decent ending!
