And then you get the scene where MY sees SJ again.
LYX's eyes are the key to this scene. Bai Lu's too, when SJ thought MY could see.
But the progression in LYX's eyes from confusion to "am I really seeing her?" and "I am seeing her!" and "I miss her" were mesmerizing to watch.
And painful too, because you could really feel how much MY missed SJ😭

I have to pause for a bit coz. That scene. 😭
First it was the tribute to the fallen gods. Ming Ye sounded so lonely and sad while talking about his fallen friends... and when he stopped at mentioning SJ... and then SJ thinking back again at MY's harsh words during the divorce... The silence between them feels so painful!😭

1) Micha explained in the last rewatch that ADG is higher in rank than the 12 gods that's why it took all of them to bring him down. Like in Greek Mythology, he's like Chaos... already there in the beginning of time, so he's really much more powerful than the gods
2) He fell in the Ruo River... the netherworld river... he should have died if not for SJ😭

Let's just savor it while it lasts...😊🥰😭😭😭

I love all the scenes in the bamboo forest in this episode:
- the almost cooking of MY into dragon stew
- when MY woke up and found SJ sleeping beside him
- SJ pretending to be someone else
- SJ tying a ribbon over MY's eyes
- that whole sequence of them taking a walk together (SJ sneakily putting a flower in MY's hair, and teasing him by letting go of him
- SJ feeding MY

WHY COULDN'T THIS GO ON FOREVER?😭😭😭
