Yeah, the plotline was more solid there than TTEOTM (sorry TTEOTM), and the end was better (🙄 coz it's not YouKu. but to be fair, I need to watch another Youku drama to judge whether it really does mess up its endings🤔)

I was about to post that I remember watching something not Xixi related, but I remembered why I started watching The Beauty Inside (2018 kdrama series). It's because of FYH😭 The ML has face blindness, similar to Xixi's Jiang Xin Bai, and I was curious how face blindness works.

It was a good drama, the characters played brilliantly by Lee Minki and Seo Hyun Jin, and gave me an idea what FYH is going to be.😅

😅🤣 I watched LBFD this year too! I watched it after TTEOTM, coz I was curious about it being similar to TTEOTM, and coz I was still trying to get over the feels of this drama😮‍💨 (obvs not effective). I liked it coz it's lighter than TTEOTM, and it is at par with what I saw from TTEOTM.

I also saw LIS this year only too, and again coz of this drama😅 the cdramas I've watched so far is TTEOTM and Xixi related, huh.😅 oh well.

Yes she did... that's where I first saw her. I liked her acting there too.😄

I took the title as the revenge is being in a perfect marriage. And it was, in a way. The mom and the daughter couldn't fight against the support around the FL, which consisted of her in laws, mom, and eventually her own family.

I'm thinking of other people other than Pian Ran.....but I can't. Foxy jiejie is the best!🦊

But does it have to be a nice one tho? CDL as TH was the absolute worst in 2023, I mean in terms of character. TH was the textbook definition of evil bishh. She stood out among all evil villains in the limited number of dramas I've watched🤣
My runner up is Jin Ji Hee as Han Yoo Ra in Perfect Marriage Revenge (I can't shut up about it, can I?🤣) She was great at acting the evil stepsister to the main FL.

Ahaha everything spells out TRAGEDY even right at the very start so it will be a tragedy😅

Anyway, FMC is acting with the burden of saving the world and under the trauma of seeing everyone she loved die right before her eyes at the hand of the man who she swore to kill but who she gradually is learning to love. She goes back and forth with her loving acts because she herself doesn't know she is starting to love him. When she does understand that she really does love him already, it becomes too late.
