Yes, you are wrong. On both counts, as my personal opinion. I think you need to watch it properly again and pay close attention to what the older sister is saying/doing. Blame is not the word to use in describing what Hong In-ah does, it's that she knows something about who BSE is and tries to tell HHJ so that at least Heejoo knows who she's dealing with. It's not about him causing the accident, it's just him being someone else. And overrated? Puhleease. Define overrated. As the others mentioned, this barely had any promotion at all, but look how it flourishes. What is overrated for me is QOT, and that's because it's headlined by KSH and KJW, who are already famous on their own. Drama wise, it isn't anything special. WTPR on the other hand... yes, the arranged marriage trope is there, yes, damsel in distress and white (sort of) knight in shining armor is there, but do the leads drop dramatic and emotional weight? Yes. Does this drama draw you in like magnet? Yes. Are the leads sizzling in chemistry enough to send watchers in a frenzy? Yes. Are supporting characters solid enough? Yes (tho I do have reservations on the 2nd leads, but they'll shine in their time. The kidnapper tho, is impressive.) The rating is deserved. Not over, but just right.
