Trust the writer. I don't think she likes having her FLs be involved with 2nd MLs in anything remotely intimate. Her usual FLs always draw that line, just like Hae In has been doing. Plus, Eun Seong, I wouldn't consider a 2nd ML. He's more of a villainy type that just makes ML and FL get closer even more.
