I think her rejecting him is not because she doesn't love him or is mad at him or anything, but because she fully understands the depth of Ying Yuan's responsibility. Didn't she already forgive him, right? She knows that love between two people isn't just about simply being together but also fulfilling the other party. So supporting him in his duties is also loving him.
