And this is where it leads us to Yan Dan choosing and wishing for Tang Zhou to go back as Ying Yuan, considering the fact his mortal body can no longer contain his immortal power. He no longer is a disciple of his sect, no longer bound by any duties or responsibilities. Nevertheless, he doesn't belong in the mortal realm. I think Yan Dan will persuade him to return as Ying Yuan, but, as stubborn as he is, Tang Zhou will refuse, leaving her no choice but to forcefully make him. Looking at the preview for Eps. 44-45, Tang Zhou gave up all the divine artifacts he has collected so far. And thus, his clock will start to tick.....
