The cutting of scenes is one thing I don't really like about Cdramas as it always messes some plot in the entire story. Idk if they were only given an ultimatum of 32 eps so they tried to squeeze it in, but even some episodes are shorter than 45 mins. Nonetheless, this drama is still my best serotonin booster and is at the top of the dramas I've watched this year ~ It made me feel good things that I haven't felt in a while 🥰

Also, idk if there'd be any significance of Miaomiao having a lotus frontal mark and Zi Qi being the black lotus and having the same mark, too, if transformed into his demon form. I guess they'll prolly fight together for that impending end of the world, based on the trailer.

I just saw the clip on X. So his promise for hitting the 30K heat index was bungee jumping. Noice ~
