Not yet out. I noticed they mostly posted the subs every Friday, though I know they said there isn't a schedule of release to avoid any pressure, but that's what I've observed. So expect on Friday or earlier since I know some people volunteered to help so it might speed up the translation.

Only a few users rated so understandable it's at 8.0 now. Surely, that will change once subs are out fully.

I was also waiting for Who Rules the World because it's been one of my anticipated dramas. So comes April 18th, my attention might be there, but we'll see. Ofc, I will still watch this but the hype would have been a lot different when it's actually airing at the same time while you're watching with subs.
