Idk yet of any streaming sites or links that has it in Eng sub though...someone mentioned in below's comments about the app iQiyi...just download the app in PlayStore, and you can watch the episodes. That's what I did. I downloaded the episodes and I watch it offline.

Episodes are up until 20 free to watch for non-VIPs ^^.

Since the title is Love Better Than Immortality..."Chun Hua" gave up her immortality just to find love...she was from the future to be precise. So perhaps it just to convince us she is an immortal.
