I have a teeny-tiny question: is the ml here actually a siscon? I'll be honest, I only saw the novel's synopsis…
I also don't see it as anything or even remotely romantic. I just see a boy who's clingy to his sister and want her attention more than anything else. With a tidbit of their background, the sister seems to be the only person who actually cared for him since childhood so I actually don't blame him. He prolly just don't wanna lose the only "family" he has.
lol I feel like I'm always rooting for the underrated underdog dramas lately. While most people preferred Kill…
I watched Snowy and KMLM, not Rise of Ning, tho. And now I'm watching this since it has been on my list since it was announced. I'm starting Pearl Girl later since one drama I'm following just ended so it gives me more room. Mostly for Liu Yuning for Pearl Girl ~
Also, with this drama ending, Kim Jae Young has truly become Park Shin Hye's "namja" π€ Their chemistry is just palpable. And I'm so happy they got to work together.
In the words of PSH and KJY, it was indeed a satisfying ending ~ Every important loose ends were tied. And the victims finally had their peace.
And whatever Bit Na's decision is gonna be in the end, I'm pretty sure it's something that makes her happy.
I love that in the ending credits, they put all the names from every supporting character to the main characters. Kudos to such great acting from all the characters that we get to enjoy such drama π
I think this has a potential to have a second season, too. And that's up to the director and the writer to decide on.
Father and daughter relationship always makes me cry. I connected with that regret on some level coz I wasn't by my father's side when he passed away and wasn't even able to attend his funeral and all. Like Miaomiao, every child would dream of that moment of becoming wealthy or winning a lottery ticket so we can provide for our parents π~
Well, as a person who also lost her father, that scene did resonate with me as well so I find it a bit sad. It…
Understandable ~ It was mostly due to Esther's acting in that moment that I also felt the sadness, you know that feeling of seeing someone you loved once again.

"Zi Qi"
I didn't know exchanging names could be endearing π
Would be waiting for that episode where they call each other with these names ~
I think Tencent and Netflix have sort of a partnership as well coz most Tencent dramas are taken by Netflix.

He's a bit possessive so when he falls in love, he'll fall hard π₯°
