i just finished the first episode and OMG i couldn't stop laughing and smiling at every scene!!! such a wonderful start to a promising season!! it feels so nice to see these characters again!
apparently the film won the queer palm award at the 76th Cannes film festival? idk if this is a spoiler since there is limited information about the movie but yea! could be a possible tag https://twitter.com/doramaworld/status/1662388623789137920
WOW!!! enjoyable from start to finish! Sakurai Sho was GREAT in this but I also have to give props to the actors who played the Numata family. Their acting was so believable and heartfelt that it made you sympathize and root for them even when they mess up!
an amazing drama but as a huge fan of the manga, i'm a bit sad they didn't include certain scenes from the manga ;-; i understand they can't do a 1 to 1 adaptation but i felt certain additional scenes could have help add more depth and context to the characters' motivations. still, the drama is great and Nagayama Kento is fantastic as yujin! He really made the character come to life!!!
the BEST performance i have seen from a lead actor in a drama! the story is so gut-wrenching yet beautiful at the same time. Nakayama Yuma, pls do more stuff!!
i love this show so much!!! it was like a love letter to BL manga (specifically bl doujinshi) and the fans who create, love, and support it! a cute and lighthearted drama if you want to laugh and have fun ^-^
I read the manga on Futekiya.Bunta was actually killed by the group of kids from the shelter since he was having…
thank u!!! this cleared up some of the things i was confused about. i had a feeling hitoshi wasn't married in the manga because his wife felt so one note lol
i get what the movie was going for but it could have been executed a lot better. some of the rapping was cringe but kinda endearing in its own way? anyway, there were some things i did like about the movie... but it felt all over the place😭maybe it had to do with the mediocre translations. also a lot of the scenes cut away too quickly to the next scene instead of giving the scenes time to breathe.
I tried my HARDEST not to cry but nope, i cried four times. WOW!!! i never felt so much for a character until i met nanami. AAAAAAAA just a brilliant movie. so sincere and heartfelt. Thank you Iwai Shunji for making this movie!!!
