There were a number of times where the flashbacks could have been edited into the story better so that it would flow with what was actually going on. Putting that aside, this was a beautifully shot and acted drama filled with a lot of heart, yearning and nostalgia of a lost time. The soundtrack was freaking A1, and the characters were really grounded and had great chemistry together. I rooted for all of them. This was no masterpiece but I liked it. I do wish it was longer as I wouldn't have minded watching all these characters more. I hope Netflix will make / upload more quality J dramas because they are criminally underrated and deserve more attention and love. I'd recommend this for all, especially those who were around in the 90s and / or love romances:)
Ok Mitsushima Hikari is so damn cute in this. I couldn't stop smiling when she had everything prepared in the taxi scene in E6. I wanted to give her one big hug there.
