I like this show but there's one thing that irks me..
I wish young Ha Ni would just listen to older Ha Ni for once & do as she says. Her ignorance really irritates me. Even though she doesn't know the full details, she is aware that older Ha Ni is not on good terms with her family, yet she sneaks into the house. Older Ha Ni even warned her not to meet them. I get it you miss them but urgh why not just listen to older Ha Ni for once? Then there is also the agency that she wants to sign with that will create more problems. She keeps doing things on her own & creating problems for older Ha Ni. She will be gone but older Ha Ni will be the one who has to stay on in this world. I wish she would recognise & appreciate all that older Ha Ni is doing for, despite living with too little herself. Its E10 already. When is she going to grow up? It doesn't help that the actress overacts. End of rant.
This was inspired by Kazoku Game (2013). Check it out! Will recommend more if you like it :)
Yes, it was.
I see. I have mostly switched to watching Japanese dramas in the recent years so I will mostly recommend Japanese dramas from this genre. For me Japan is best when it comes to this genre compared to its other Asian counterparts.
I would say give 1-2 episodes a try. If you don't like it, it's fine. To each his own :)
When Hidaka said that both of them didn't need to go to hell together & Mochizuki said she will save him OH MAN…
BTW what do you think about the memory card that fell out from Azuma's wallet? Because I remember a similar card falling outside the restaurant that Riku & Azuma left. Were there 2 cards or did the show make an error?

You should totally check out Nijiro Karute & Uchi No Musume Wa Kareshi Ga Dekinai. There were the most wholesome, fun & heartwarming shows this season & just across the countless J dramas in general :)
I'm literally watching all the J dramas this season so you can see my watchlist lol they're all fantastic.
Yes I would love to see them together! Unlike other J actors, I've hardly seen Ayase repeat pairings barring 1 or 2 dramas so I doubt that we'll see them together again. I am a huge Takahashi Issei fan so I pretty much watch everything he's in. Looking forward to their next projects.

Haha exactly! Damnnn I have so many things to do but I keep thinking about what happened in E9. Seriously did not expect the show to make me feel such strong emotions & even have me cry. Add to that, all my fav J dramas are ending this week :(
Sora to Aoi, I think.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QfTrEfSlF3k
I google translated the lyrics & it perfectly matches this drama & Aoi/Sora's relationship. I love it when a show pays attention to little details like these :)
Spoilers for episode 7 It looks like mokomi has “lost” her gift. I wonder if that is from emotional strain…
I am looking forward to see where the show goes from here.
The whole angle around her gift has been unclear to me. I don't know if its just that I didn't understand it or that the show failed to make it clear. Like is her gift really something that is existing (supernatural element of some sort) or is it just her perception? For instance, she saw the dirty window & wanted it to be cleaned. That's the way most people put it. But another way of putting it can be the way Mokomi did by saying that the window was crying. Same with flowers, is it about what looks visually appealing to her rather than actually knowing what the flower wants.
And with her brother (the only person in the family) who promised to protect her calling her out for her behaviour etc I wonder if it's just that she has now shut off from the world rather than the objects shutting her out? It's like she's kinda depressed, and so the world appears somewhat colourless/grey to her rather than vibrant.
Nope, it is not dark at all. It is a light, slice of life show. The characters are real, and you will relate to them. If you want to watch something with family dynamics, watch this.
End of rant.

Do you get what I mean haha
If you don't mind me asking, are you Japanese?
