I only add those who have been investigated / charged / fined for the allegations, or admitted to them as I do not want to add people who have been wrongly accused.

In his case, he was accused of sexual assault but there were no formal charges, no out-of-court settlement with the alleged victims and neither did he admit to anything. No evidence was brought forward. In fact, he sued the magazine that published those accusations and settled out of court, with them deleting those articles and apologizing for it.
So there is a possibility that those accusations might not be true.

On a serious note, Netflix's translations for j-dramas are subpar to the fansubbers'. Re-watched IWGP last year and there was a world of difference between the fansubs and Netflix subs.

The percentage of women sexually harrassing and raping other men / women is a lot lower though there are tons of them in positions of influence who solicit prostitution or casting couch. I am guessing that they are hardly published or publicised because men do not speak up. They fear being seen as cowardly or less manly if they were to accuse a woman of raping or coercing them. Also proving that they are a victim is tough because the mindset still remains that a woman is weaker than a man. Same for women against other women; how do you prove it when the law itself recognises rape/assault as gender-specific, specifically men on women.

So basically quasi-rape consists of 2 more people sexually assaulting a victim, with the help of a weapon, who is incapacitated and unable to resist due to certain circumstances. In this case, she was heavily drunk.
