I give up. I'm too confused haha I do think your theory makes a lot of sense but something about the whole 3 way of switching is weird and I don't know if I will enjoy if the show actually went down that path.. but let's see where this goes.
My take:What if it's much simpler than what we expect.Hidaka Haruto - (Before the switched) Kind and loving (According…
I didn't understand the preview for E7 so I can only comment up till E6.
Hmm... So you're saying the switch happened on the night of the murder in E1. But if that were the case, wouldn't Azuma in Hidaka's body have issues adjusting to the workplace? Like how Mochizuki in Hidaka's body had?
So basically Azuma switches with Hidaka then Azuma switches with Mochizuki & Mochizuki switches with Azuma
Hmm but then there were some articles on Hidaka being suspected for murder in USA. So I don't think Azuma is a separate being. There is a possibility that Azuma could be another personality of Hidaka's that could be based of a real person named Azuma.. that may explain his connection with Azuma & the reaction to his death. But wait...let me think about this.
Also if Azuma has been the one taking over Hidaka's body all this while then what prompted the switch from Azuma to Mochizuki & why did it have to be via Hidaka.
My take:What if it's much simpler than what we expect.Hidaka Haruto - (Before the switched) Kind and loving (According…
That's an interesting theory!! I did not think of Azuma taking over their Hidaka & now Mochizuki who he's switched with, to commit the murders. It makes sense but I have some questions
Who is the one that died then? Because if Azuma has taken over Hidaka, then someone else has to be exercising control over Azuma? And then we also have a 3rd person who killed Azuma. Which means that Azuma couldn't be the killer. Or there is another master mind out there lurking?
Also, it doesn't really explain the connection between the reason for Hidaka/Mochizuki switching. What about the title (2 psychos).. I wonder who are the 2 psychos here. I was thinking that the show will be pitting Hidaka & Mochizuki against each other as the 2 psychos but it doesn't seem like the case anymore. Because I always found it suspicious that when Hidaka/Mochizuki first met on the train, Hidaka went like 'oh you're a police officer' almost like he knew her or that he was thinking of using her in some way?
I would totally agree with you. I mean, this is a Jdrama after all with their infamous open endings and all. I…
I feel you really. Because the chemistry is just crazy. And like you said, they are not even doing anything! It's the writing & acting that has turned us all into fans. I am ok with either way. I trust this writer. She has done such a phenomenal job with this show. I have loved a lot of her work before this but this one just hit it out of the park. It's phenomenal.
Welcome to the J drama fandom LOL. It's like that on pretty every J drama page. Everyone lets everyone express…
Join the club!! I am so happy to meet all you guys here :) BTW what other J dramas are you watching currently? This season is packed with fantastic drams. I'm watching more than 10 currently.
This episode just dropped a lot bombs. Subbing the last few minutes was intense and I was on the edge of my seat.…
A HELL LOT OF BOMBS INDEED!! I don't know what to expect anymore except that my brain has frozen. This is the first mystery I have watched where I can't piece a single thing. This is playing with my mind so bad.
hahaha, I completely feel the same xD I was very frustrated today after the ep 6, I'm like, no more ideas to speculate,…
The question is who wasn't blown away by that twist? I bet you no one freaking no one saw that coming. LIKE URGHHH and the worst is that the episode constantly hinted at getting closer to the reveal & then BAM that twist & I'm like YOU'RE TELLING ME WE'RE BACK TO SQUARE ONE AND THAT ALL MY THEORIES HAVE GONE TO MOOT? Don't mind my rant. I'm just so frustrated but at the same time excited lol
As long as her bond & relationship with Irino never changes, I will be happy if she is happy with Wataru.
Yeah I saw the 1st season of Cold Case! I liked it. And Kimi to Sekai is the zombies one, but you'll be surprised at how it is not your typical zombies drama. Fantastic writing, acting, cinematography, OST (everything) in that. It's already been slated for a 2nd season!
BTW Tengoku to Jigoku is BLOWING everyone's minds. I just watched E6 and damn it's the first time I really can't piece the mystery together. Like everybody in the comments section is hella confused & just going crazy with being unable to solve the mystery. The writing is absolutely fantastic. If you're into crime & mystery, watch it ASAP.
I will pay whoever that can solve the mystery. I'm at frustration level 101 with being unable to piece the puzzle together. Gonna rewatch E1-E6 this weekend.
I was not even so excited when game of thrones was airing ....I just cannot wait for the mystery to unsolved...I…
THIS SHOW IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST MYSTERIES EVER! Like never have I been so clueless & been unable to piece even 1 part of the puzzle together. AND THAT TWIST AT THE END OF E6 BASICALLY JUST THREW WATER ON WHATEVER THEORIES I HAD LOLLLLLLLL
OOOH E6 WAS INTENSE. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. THAT TWIST BLEW MY MIND. I don't think any of…
Wow just when I thought the show is finally answering some questions, we have that twist with the couple being safe & I feel like I'm back to square one. And then the end of the episode like WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT URGHHHHHHHHHHH I NEED TO KNOW. But ok we definitely progressed closer to the reveal..
Some things we know / I'm assuming -
I think Hidaka is the killer. But he kills only on specific instructions - someone on the bridge showing up + number + other factors we're not aware of. This time round, however, someone else did the murder (probably the man himself or he hired another).. I don't know if I'm going in the right direction with this but it's like Hidaka got replaced by another? And that's why he was angry when someone didn't turn up on the bridge & was almost hoping (at the end) that Sakuma wasn't killed.
The biggest question - Hidaka's identity. Few episodes back, there was some hint on him having different personalities. Is that the case? Or has Hidaka been assuming the identity of Hidaka - it would make sense given that Hidaka did not really care about switching to Mochizuki & living life as her. That definitely points to Hidaka not caring about identity, or not even having 1. Come to think of it his sister & people at the company were way too supportive when he said he had amnesia.. wouldn't normal people suspect that something is off? The connection with Sakuma has blew my mind & I can't piece it. But one thing - Sakuma is the ultimate master, because I've never seen Hidaka so nervous before.
Second question is why Hidaka kills on the day of the new moon (Mochizuki). Is there some sort of promise between the two? I am more convinced that these two have some connection from the past, could be their childhood.
Third question - we know it's a middle aged man ordering Hidaka who may/may not look like the manga guy. Restaurant chef / Riku's boss look like the manga guy. Is that person the one who saved Hidaka & knows who he really is?
OOOH E6 WAS INTENSE. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. THAT TWIST BLEW MY MIND. I don't think any of us expected it. I have already rated this a 10/10 even if it isn't over. More people need to see this!
really... 6 episodes but i cant predicted the truth at all!!! amazing...4eps left will be more intens...
SAMEEEE! This is one of those rare mystery shows that I can't seem to figure out at all. I've got some theories, but I can't piece the puzzle together.
He better start looking at Izumi who has been shooting heart eyes at him for the longest time. Both of them have so much chemistry in the spin off that I'll be a little angry if they don't end up together in this lol.
Seriously Nami and Jun are adorable. The best thing about Nami is that she recognizes her faults & weaknesses, and constantly works on them (be it work or relationship)
I do think your theory makes a lot of sense but something about the whole 3 way of switching is weird and I don't know if I will enjoy if the show actually went down that path.. but let's see where this goes.

Seriously what's with all the fantastic J dramas airing right now? They're all messing with my mind & heart.
I am ok with either way. I trust this writer. She has done such a phenomenal job with this show. I have loved a lot of her work before this but this one just hit it out of the park. It's phenomenal.
Also your DP makes my heart hurt. He went away too soon :(
BTW what other J dramas are you watching currently? This season is packed with fantastic drams. I'm watching more than 10 currently.
