once again I cried watching nijiiro karute. ep5 when Saku-sensei talked about his wife to Masaro and Taiyou was…
IKR each episode makes me cry thinking of all the despair that is there in the world, yet appreciate the beautiful things about life, & people. Top tier drama indeeed.
Then there's me. I swear I left like 90% of the comments during the early episodes XD
Hehe yes I remember your comments!! I think I started being more active after E2. Anyway it makes me happy to see active J drama pages. Like I always want more people to watch them & enjoy them.
I love how the comments section has gotten livelier after E5 LOL. It's like all those silently watching decided to come out of their shell & show themselves hehe
I actually like Kanae more than Kurumi at the moment, which is strange bc I hated Kanae at the start. Kanae usually…
I don't think we even know enough about Kurumi to really form an opinion (at least that's what I feel). I feel like they'll flesh out her character when Hibiki & her meet which is where the ultimate 'showdown' (for the lack of a better word) will happen between the 2. The show has been hinting at pitting them against each other & I'm really looking forward to that!
Also the medicines being administered on Kurumi, like I suspected, clearly have had side effects & it's showing.
RE: Kanae - I wonder if she would have done the same for another member of the group. I feel like she went back because it was Hibiki. I'm looking forward to where the show takes her character.
As long as her bond & relationship with Irino never changes, I will be happy if she is happy with Wataru.
I've come to realise that in life sometimes 2 people who have the most chemistry aren't necessary the ones who end up together. 2 of my best friends (man and woman) are just perfect together like I can see that they would make the best couple but unfortunately, she's married to another. She doesn't have the same kind of chemistry or even comfort around him but she's attracted to him & happy. So that's why while we may not see the chemistry & comfort between Aoi/Soseki or Sora/Wataru, it doesn't mean they won't work out together? Not all partners have the kind of comfort that best friends have. I do like Aoi/Soseki though I don't root for them the way I root for Aoi/Gon. Regarding Wataru/Sora, this is where I wish the show gave them more screentime. There must obviously be a reason that Sora likes him (even if she may not feel the most comfortable around him). Like they didn't show us the 2nd date. That makes me think that the show definitely will put Sora/Irino as endgame (i mean who's complaining haha)
This season has so many fantastic J dramas you should check them out! I am watching at least 10 ongoing J dramas right now.

More like writer-nim please make him happy LOL Don't know if you've seen E6 but their relationship developed a lot, so maybe there's a chance there.
Looking at Aoi/Gon where all hope's not lost, even if Irino/Sora don't really end up together by the finale, I believe they eventually will be together or if not stay by each other's side like Aoi/Gon. The show hinted at so many parallels between the 2 pairings, esp in E6!
E6 was a tearjerker. This show just continues to be so GOOD (acting, direction, writing). I love how you never…
Even if Aoi & Sora may not be blood related, you can tell their hearts beat the same. The love they have for each other & the kind of relationship they have built together, it won't come crashing down with the revelation. I think it will only grow stronger with time (though they may face some rough patches initially)
Also where do I find men like Gon or Irino? I will happily submit to them & allow them to protect me forever.
E6 was a tearjerker. This show just continues to be so GOOD (acting, direction, writing). I love how you never know where the conversation will go. They start at point A & then reach to point Z. Case on point being Aoi & Editor at the beginning of the episode, or even Sora & Irino. Hilarious yet heartwarming. Also, Sora & Sera's conversation was so extra XD
And now our 2 biggest ships - I don't know what to say except that I love them together, & I love them individually. I absolutely love the parallels in their relationships, especially in this episode. You can see Aoi/Gon are somewhat older versions of Sora/Irino (though I think we are all hoping these 2 don't spend an entire lifetime clueless like Aoi/Gon)
Anyway regardless of who Aoi/Gon, Sora/Irino end up with, I just want them to be happy, & I want the bond between them to never change. It broke my heart to see Sora & Aoi in pain & I was tearing up. But the moment Gon hugged Aoi, & Sora hugged Irino, I really burst into tears. The way they make me feel & the comfort their relationship gives me like I don't even know how to describe it other than that it is WHOLESOME. It is the best friendship & it beats all kinds of romantic connections one could have. They are companions & soulmates in the truest sense.
AHHH seriously I don't want this show to end. EVER. The attachment & love I have for the characters, it will be hard to say goodbye to this one.
Ugh, every time that mother opens her mouth, I just want to mute her, because she can utter mean words, sugar-coated…
Mum angers me the MOST. Like I really want to slap her so bad, & I am not even a violent person. I can't wait for her world to come crashing down when she realises that even her son is no filial, nice guy.
Grandpa takes Mokomi seriously which is why she loves him so much but she also is able to overlook his faults.…
Well, the show did tell us that she is weird. XD
RE: Grandpa's affair - Maybe I am the only one who isn't disgusted by it because I don't know the full details about it. Not fair to only blame him even though he was in a position of power. The student could also have very well known what she was getting to & chose that. We don't know the circumstances, & don't know what even happened. Also if grandpa has reflected upon what happened & acknowledges his mistake then maybe as his family, they should finally let that go.
To be honest, I don't even care LOL. I am here for the FL's development.
She's absolutely endearing in that!
Also the medicines being administered on Kurumi, like I suspected, clearly have had side effects & it's showing.
