For me, Kao did the best she could with how Paeng was written and how the director directed her. This drama was perfect till E12 but after that the writing suffered. Sad because the leads really had chemistry! Nonetheless, this is one of the better lakorns. Arthit was gentle and tried to make Paeng comfortable which was refreshing. Kao made Paeng a scarred but beautiful lonely soul that needed love. Love how flawed she was. I love that all the characters had closure (very neatly tied up but its ok)
Also unlike a lot of lakorns, this one had a plot and good character progression.
Whatever happiness I feel for the leads wedding is because of Mark and Kao. They have this gentle, warm chemistry that the drama failed to utilise. Other than that, I have no reason to ship Arthit / Paeng. At least not yet. We were getting there but they didn't spend enough time on developing their relationship. Like at this point, what do they even know about each other?
I get it now. The biggest issue in this drama wasn't Anaconda. We didn't get enough heartfelt conversations between the leads. The writing didn't do justice to Paeng's character and her love for Arthit.
Not even one statement from her explaining why Cobra's acceptance was important? I can only infer that it is due to the fact that she lost her parents and thus knows the importance of family. I wish she vocalised that.
Nothing shared with Arthit about her PTSD and trauma. Not like its gone.
No heartfelt conversation about the past and how they're gonna move on from it and build a happy future.

AND THEN THEY KISSED AGAIN
The chemistry is overflowing here URGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

SIGH the wasted potential.
