The way the idea of the forbidden as well as the power of language/words was explored using the word 'kushagara' was actually quite a brilliant idea. This is where I would say the drama did such a good job at showing rather than telling. I do wish this was explored more. Must say I am very impressed by the first 2 episodes.

Wow the story in E2 had so much potential. It was so weird yet so brilliant! Also the acting is so damn good, and the way the music is utilised is commendable.

Anybody else googled 'kushagara' while watching the 2nd episode? XD

I just saw the first episode and it was brilliant! I was not expecting it to be so damn good. On to the next.

I enjoyed every minute of this drama, from the Romeo/Juliet parody, to the musical numbers, to the wacky characters. So so fun! Off to Season 2. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something light.

I barely managed to get through 3 episodes. Too slow and boring. Maybe it's just me but I can't seem to enjoy chinese dramas. Dropped.

Unlike her other roles, the lead actress is quite perfect in Neechan No Koibito. She's improved a lot. Give it a try!

I love the leads so so much that it brought me out of my k drama hiatus.

Side note: Am I the only one who doesn't understand how people rate/review a drama on this site without even finishing it? I just find it unfair?

Can't remember the last romcom I watched that was actually funny and romantic throughout without misunderstandings and melodrama. The ML was such an adorable dork who always supported the FL and the FL was headstrong without being annoying. The other characters in the office were really nice too, especially ML's secretary who I loved. Absolutely loved this and enjoyed it from the start till the end. This is a must watch for all those who love romcoms.

The OST was so freaking amazing and Dean was brilliant as Dan/Shinkai <3

Hmm... I really loved it and enjoyed it but it fell slightly short of brilliance for me because I wanted more than just the revenge? Like I wanted more of Dan's journey and more of him and Airi. If it was just a little longer, it would be perfect. I'll give this a 9.

This show broke my heart in so many ways, and had me crying at so many points. Great writing and brilliant acting (esp the FL and her mother). This is a must watch.

Ahh this tugged at my heartstrings. It was light yet healing. Absolutely loved it from start to finish.
