Like I mentioned to another user above, it's not the pace. It is the stereotypical characters ; the overworked FL, the kind efficient ML, the sidekick friend who takes in everything and empathizes with the FL etc. Nothing different. But anyway, nothing unpleasant so far so I will keep going :)
the 1st ep was kinda slow for me as well, but it becomes so much better after that!!

I wouldn't call it a misunderstanding. He knew his feelings and hers but he had high walls, and refused to accept his feelings for her courtesy his trauma, Chat's love, and hers for him because of her "frivolousness" as he termed it. Once he was able to truly able to let go, be kind to himself, and see her for who she was, he stood thick and thin with her.
SERIOUSLY WHEN WILL JIGGS BACK OFF URGHHHHHHH Tita Jack is also getting on my nerves. Like dude you didn't think twice before setting up your son's ex on this arrangement and now she's all like you guys can't fall in love. Both of them are freaking selfish.
Epiaode 41: Finally Leah and Clark decide to stay together despite the emotional manipulation by Jack and Jiggs. There is still 100 more episodes though... I wonder how much they're gonna drag it.
Episode 50: Putting this on hold for now. I'm bored.
I'm only on E2 and I find myself zoning out frequently.. Other than NY looking expensive and gorgeous in every frame, I don't find any of the characters interesting enough. Dropped.
