I read they're planning a second season in some Fuji TV news

This drama has no romance, not even a little. I tried to edit and delete "romance" but I don't know if I did it right. If any of you are more experienced with editing, please help with this, thank you!

I didn't like much the K-version, so I gave this one a try and in my opinion it's better because there's no overacting like in the K-version, the main couple has more chemistry, it was more realistic, and there were no fillers which meant I got the same plot in only 10 eps. Exactly the pros that most comments mentioned in this chat. Thank you all, for giving me the motivation to watch it.

A little help please. I finished ep 5 but I still hate Bae I Ji -weak, corrupted, no pride- who's ruining the drama for me. I even ff her scenes in ep 5. Will she change her character? Or better yet, will she have less screen time in the remaining eps? Please click the spoiler, thanks.

I'd really love to watch it, but since reincarnation and other types of time travel are censured/forbidden in China, I bet this one also has the typical ending with one of the main leads returning to present time and the other doesn't remember their past, or the other frequent ending when everything that happened was a book. I learned my lesson with Joy of Life and since then, I avoid all C-dramas with these kind of plots like a plague.
