There's a way to lead the voting results by adding the dramas in certain order, because when a new voter sees the list, and if the voter agrees that in that drama there was some hot kiss, the voter will click it as the first vote, not knowing that THE ORDER in which he/she votes has a different weight. The "adding-order-bias" is very obvious in this list because I watched most of the dramas included. You see, due to censorship, most C-dramas only have PG dry-lip-to-lip type of kisses, maybe a little opened mouth before the scene fades out (no french kissing although I've watched some), and this is the case for most of the dramas in this list. The perfect example that this list has the "adding-order-bias" is that The Prisoner of Beauty and the First Frost are ranked 2nd and 3rd, while the "rare hot kisses" in Love's Ambition are ranked 24th, Dating in the Kitchen ranked 27th, Sniper Butterfly is 12th, and so on.....And honestly, who would ever include in this list "Love Me Love My voice"???

Marry My Husband was a complete disappointment for me (overacting by all the cast, zero chemistry, unbelievable script, etc).
