they even made yan ze look worse than the fake emperor. what i hated the most is that yan ze was about to revenge not only his mother, but also the families of yan chi and qing wan. but he wasnāt lawful cause he killed other people on his way to his revenge with that sect of his and so the main leads claimed he was a villain because of that. and i mean yeah, that wasnāt right - killing people here and there, although he claimed he killed those who werenāt good people. but what was the reason for the emperor? he killed those who could spill the truth about him being a fake and then those who were his sonās rivals for the throneā¦ he was way worse. so basically they didnāt revenge their parents at all. the only thing they cared for was ābeing lawfulā.
liked episode 1 except comedy part. wish it was more serious given theme of the drama.
i kinda agree. i wish it was more like my journey to you in terms of atmosphere. it also had some light moments, but not as many. it was darker and i loved it. and the bgm during combat scenes is kinda off too. they should have at least used the instrumental part only, not the ārappingā. it sounds too modern

i had very high hopes for this drama after the last trailer, but the rediculous cgi was pretty dissapointing. i kinda got used to it i guess, because i like the leads and want to see the story unfoldā¦ but the visuals could have been so much better. also iām not impressed by fighting scenes. this and cgi make this drama look cheap :-(
