WOW I TOTALLY MISSED THESE "EASTER EGGS".you're a Sherlock!!!I thought ji woong has/had a crush on Yeon Soo but…
I also didn't realize at first, but after I listed the dating days of the leads in chronological order, the "1,792 days" doesn't connect to Yeonsoo at all and I was confused, but after reading comments about Jiwoong's then I realized! :D There are still many cookie crumbles to discover and that is the fascinating part of this drama, im with you on the next episode ride~
same sentiments! I think when he agreed to do the live painting , it means that he is consenting to have his identity…
I can understand the parents dont know his job, because I also work in art field. a lot of older generation have no idea how art careers work and assume making money out of it is impossible. im in similiar situation and never explain my job to my parents.
But him having a big house i find it funny and absurd π unless he use his parents money to buy it because they are pretty well off and have several restaurants ( they show it in ep. 1 )
edit : oh i remember, he didn't own it, but he rented it!! his manager mentioned it when nj visited the studio. tho it must still be expensive... but well it is drama.
So far, the writer used two movie as title. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if the last episode they applied…
oh?? o_o I thought On Your Wedding Day is a whole another original story even tho it is really similiar w You Are The Apple of My Eye and the taiwanese movie had only japanese + thai adaptation.
A question guys; the artist Koo-o (idk if i spelled correctly or not :p) is not seen in public so no one knows…
In the beginning of ep.4 Woong did all the boring thing to make his daily life not entertaining. By doing this, he expected Jiwoong to give up filming and end the documentary. Of course, in his mind if Jiwoong give up, his identity won't be revealed so he didn't mind being filmed at the time.
But, Jiwoong pulled out another card, that is inviting Yeonsoo ( to discuss about the documentary concept ). Their meeting lead them to stir up their past memories and emotion lol, not to mention Mr. Jang and Nuah also get into his nerves.
For some reason, he hides his identity and Nuah probably took a part in it or maybe Woong just doesn't want to cause a scene and that is part of his personality ( we can see Yeonsoo picked a fight with his sunbae because Woong was too nice ). The reason hasn't been revealed yet, so we can only wait!

I haven't watched "10 Things I Hate About You" movie and only concluded it from reading synopsis and comparing it to Jiwoong's action in the beginning of the main leads's relationship in the manhwa.
More inkling that 2 movies I mentioned above are related because the female lead is similiar with Yeonsoo, smart also abrasive, and both movies are coming of age romance stories like Our Beloved Summer!
About Jiwoong's feeling towards ml from what I perceived, noticed, and speculated
Each episode has epilogue's caption as its title. I assumed it is from Jiwoong's perspective. Ep 1 : I Know What You Did Last Summer Bruh from ep 4, JW watched everything even their first kiss on the rainy day. He must find the couple ridiculous for acting lol. Ep 2 : 1,792 Days of Summer? I calculated it and if I am not wrong, each year has 92 days of summer. JW has been w Choi Woong for almost 19,5 years since elementary school. 19,5x92 = around 1,792. Coincidence? Ep 3 : 10 Things I Hate About You. Referenced to American movie with a same name? Maybe it explains how his action in the past lead the main character to fall w each other ( You can see more of this in the manhwa ) Ep 4 : κ·Έμμ , μ°λ¦¬κ° μ’μνλ μλ ? μλ ? It is the korean title of Taiwanese Top Movie "You Are The Apple of My Eye". But literal translation is "The girl, ( or the boy ) we liked back then?". Though the writer instead also added "μλ " or "boy" into it.
Also there is more hints from his scenes, but I am afraid I am overthinking so imma stop here unless someone want to hear more.
The writer is surely playing us with Jiwoong's emotion, so there is a high chance of him having crush on Choi Woong.
i just wanna cry T__Tin the manhwa, they showed ever since YS was a kid, she only had her grandma, there is no…
that sounds interesting! so far the only drama that reminds me of imaginary person is "It's Okay, That's Love", but the character is completely imagination unlike Yeonsoo who visualized her actual passing grandma who have been with her for a long time. i have never watched chinese drama before so im curious, may I know the title?
i just wanna cry T__Tin the manhwa, they showed ever since YS was a kid, she only had her grandma, there is no…
exactly! im guessing we will get grandma arc after half way of the drama. i find it more painful than their breakup, especially after watching her bathroom cry scene. everyone must prepare their tears ;;-;;
This drama gives me the same butterflies as HomCha.I really like the characters and how they portray their emotions.…
same.. i do want them to get together, but if they aren't im probably 'team okay' and just hope they reconcile and make up of their mistakes at the end or else they will repeat their past and it will be troublesome.
some couple irl would need a time apart after arguing, but in yeonsoo & choi woong case, seeing their past relationship, i view them as couple that grow & learn together, but they ran away after breaking up so there was no chance of them to move on. their 2nd interview is their 2nd try, will it be the last? lets wait for next episode~
im rewatching yeonsoo & grandma's scenes because of the theory and--
i just wanna cry T__T
in the manhwa, they showed ever since YS was a kid, she only had her grandma, there is no explanation about her parents but I guess they died early. In high school, her grandma was already old but she still went to work for yeonsoo without her granddaughter knowing ( ys forbid her from working )
after 10 years, the theory of grandma has passed away and she is only imagining her grandma's existence sounds so possible, it is so heartbreaking. Beside grandma old age, the hint they gave also there damn. In their scenes, grandma always appear everytime yeonsoo had exhausting day and they are always in the living room. The pair of slipper, the empty and quiet atmosphere of the house, yeonsoo checking her grandma room without scene of grandma, the vague face of her grandma when she encouraged ys.
AND, the dialogue of Woong and Yeonsoo about her moving out when she actually never leave her old home, probably to remember her grandma's reminisce??
Guys, please check out the ost and read each song's meaning. They give us song from different POV and it is so relevant & heartwarming.
Bibi - Maybe If : Yeonsoo's POV, how she froze up when talking, and how she never gets to hear the word she wants. 10 cm - Drawer : Couple Tee's POV lol. The tee that went through the dating rides together w the leads but ended up in Woong's drawer. Ha Seung Woon - Squabble : Woong's POV. How he feels frustrated after meeting his ex again but still at each other's throats.
Me thinks she might end up being the rival artist, cuz as you said I don't understand her role in the drama (love…
that is an interesting plot twist i wanna watch! At first, I thought the rival artist was Kwak Dong Yeon because he appeared in the highlight reel, but NJ being the competitor instead is more intriguing.
