ep 7 in summary ππ»ππ»ββοΈπ¨π¨π¨ π»π€‘ we get more comedic scenario this week and im afraid for next week already even when ep 8 hasn't aired yet lol
yeonsoo has built her wall for over 20 years, ofc she won't open up over a night. I personally can understand her a lot & I expected this outcome. She tries to fix it tho, but the timing doesn't help for her and woong.
i like yeonsoo & jiwoong's chemistry π well as friend ofc, they won't end up together and i know jiwoong cares for his bestfriend a lot too, but seeing him w yeonsoo so comfortable w eo is so fluttering ( for me π₯΄ ). NJ... i wish when she finally introduce herself to yeonsoo, she can be friend w her instead of rival. She just needs friend, she doesn't have that neither yeonsoo.
Anyway, all the supporting characters in this ep are the mvp for woong & yeonsoo relationship! im glad woong's parents still seem to support both of them. Eunho & Solyi drunk scene lol. Then the pd team!! now our leads can't run away and get locked up for 3 days, it is time for their talk time! .... or horror night? π
so far, the only scene in teaser that hasn't shown up yet is umbrella raining scene ( I read in korean forum, there will be kissing scene in that scenario π€π€π€ )
Ep 7 : Trivia i noticed π The books that Woong picked at the library are the same books that Yeonsoo held at the school library when she was in the first year. Also if you take out the first letter from each book's title, it is spelled "μ΄μ¬λ¦μ΄ μ’μ" the longer title of Our Beloved Summer prequel manhwa ( That year we, like early summer )!
I read article about this, and they said Warner Bros. Korea, which was previously in charge of film distribution, decided to withdraw from the Korean film business, and the filming was almost canceled. π₯² I hope it get resolved and everything goes well in the end.
I just watched ep 7 preview clip π₯² The fact they are eating together for trying to make up, it is the same in highschool ( shown in prequel manhwa ) where they argued the day before then the very next day made up and yeonsoo bought him food π
I wonder if anyone have childhood scar that last long like Rui? I once fell straight on my face when I walked up the stair, and my face hit the edge of the stair. The scar went so deep onto my temple, but 10 years has gone by and it is barely noticeable. Is it different with every person?
While waiting for monday, i want to ask which is your fav OST so far?
I love "Drawer" & "There For You" the most, listening to it gives me emotional ride π I look forward to Sam Kim's Summer Rain too, it hasn't been released yet but his voice catch me a lot when I watch the drama.
I was personally interested w this drama because "Astronaut" theme, and I can't help but to link it between logic even though it is "fiction". I can't find the balance between the realism science x fantasy in this drama but I know how hard the pd has worked to make it interesting. Like a comment below me, from the first episode I really wonder if they hire a consultant.. i managed to finish it, but overall this is not for me i guess.
Other than that, I don't have problem w the cgi or the acting.
I wonder why many seems to have an aversion to romance when the plot is revenge turned love/enemies to lovers.…
I want to share my opinion! I don't mind the romance tag but I can understand some people concern towards it.
I personally find the story premise is already interesting even without having the love interest. The background of the mythical creature "Bulgasal" is so deep as it is some kind of critic to corrupt government among political, historical and religious discourses back in the era. There is so many thing they can use from Bulgasal folk story which i hope they will take as reference for the root of the Bulgasal in this drama. If they focus on that instead, the romance part for me will be like a cherry on top for the storyline!
