I definitely think it depends on the drama. While this can be true for many, I’ve also watched shows where the second lead accepts the female lead’s feelings, genuinely helps her relationship with the male lead, and doesn’t just do it thinking she’ll “see the light” and come to him. His friendship is authentic and is more important than her reciprocating his feelings.

Anyway love triangles are annoying in general and there needs to be more endings like the jdrama Last Friends.

I'm starting to remember why I didn't care for the original twdrama. Yo's character is too wishy-washy. She is in constant denial of her feelings, no matter what they are. It's just plain annoying at this point. And how many times is Ren going to try to "confess"? He's just as bad--never owning up to how he feels. I almost don't even want to finish this drama if it means 7 more episodes of this ridiculousness. Maybe episode 10 will change my mind.

I've realized today that there are, unfortunately, people out there that see nothing wrong with streaming sites removing credits and then making money off of other's translations. I just don't understand it. It's not hard to keep the credit in place. I'd argue that it's actually harder to remove and replace it because that involves having to edit the subtitle file. And I think it's definitely deliberate to keep people from going to the source of the subs. If people don't keep visiting their site, they won't make money off the ad revenue. I think fansubbers deserve better. It's not like you're asking to be paid a percentage to use your subs. You just want the credit you deserve and I see nothing wrong with that. I'm just sorry you've had to deal with disrespectful people. I do hope some day sites like kissasian will be gone, or if they have to continue to exist, at least be run by people who respect fansubbers.

I feel the same! And the preview for ep11 looks like it's going to hurt so bad. T__T I'm wondering if this drama is going to follow the same ending as the jdrama or if it's going to have its own version of the ending...

I did see that on your thread on d-addicts. I’m sad this show won’t be subbed but I completely understand your decision and hope that sites like kissasian, that continue to make money off of other’s hard work, will be shut down soon. Thanks again for episode 1!

Agreed. She's been my least favorite part of the drama so far.

Lol I was just about to post the same thing. I'm really starting to downright hate her character.

The more I watch, the more I dislike Qi Yue. She wasn't bad in the beginning, but the way she treats An Sheng after they separate rubs me the wrong way. It's like she thinks she's better than her because An Sheng chose a different path in life. I don't think their friendship is deteriorating because of Jia Ming. It's deteriorating because Qi Yue thinks she's always right and has such a "holier than thou" attitude towards An Sheng.

I like dark shows, thrillers, etc but not into legal dramas all that much. So is this worth checking out?

I honestly feel like I couldn’t enjoy this drama as much as I wanted to because of my phobia of spiders and being afraid there would be an episode focused on them.

And jsyk, there wasn’t. So others with the same phobia don’t need to worry and just enjoy lol.

I’m only on ep 2 and omg Ji Eun’s husband is a dick.

I really hope someone decides to pick up this drama for subbing! I’ve been checking the jdrama fansub wiki obsessively to see if anyone has made an announcement lol.

I loved this drama so much, but the last episode really broke my heart until the very end. I think after everything that had happened, Dan and Yeon Seo deserved a happy ending that we actually got to see. Still gonna give it a 9.5/10 though because it was one of my favorites to watch every week.

I still don’t understand how this drama made it past like 32 eps tbh! So I’ve been expecting it to drag since they basically wrapped up the story in ep 30.
