im only at episode 4 but i already want a season 2 i love how fast paced this is, as all the previous versions were, but also how they cleverly cut the things that didn't really matter i love how focused it is on the main couple
of course, the taiwanese is still superior in telling the story but this is a great watch too!
yes i believe it is truly subjective but a good example of the huge difference is the romantic doctor kim from 2016 and 2019, i really loved both of them but the feelings i have for each of them are so different.
regarding the dramas being more like from the US and also having less and less romance tags, it's a shame because kdrama characters just have this innate intense chemistry that i feel like are going to waste
i do feel though, that webdramas are taking over the bulk of the romance genre
Is anybody else finding the little sister slightly annoying? I understand that she's supposed to be a young teenager,…
there are teenagers like her, it doesn't feel obnoxious to me at all i can see a lot of my cousins when we were teenagers from her and you will just get used to it
honestly loving how this drama is portraying a strong female lead. i mean we all love dr. yoon from season 1 but it's really nice to show an entirely different female character yet still having her own strengths and i feel like they're equally strong female characters. during the first few episodes i felt like they were trying too hard showing how feminist she was because the lines and scenes were a bit unnatural but throughout the drama it's become more natural and more convincingly genuine :)
Season 1 didn't really have a lot of romance BUT we got an awesome kiss on episode 1 and a second one almost at…
im fine with it they could do whatever they want but their chemistry as friends is really getting to me these past few episodes... bc honestly they both need a close friend and they really are able to help each other with their issues
she totally transformed into a different character
