I already watched all of xu kai's drama for this year, but it still not enough for me, is there already schedule for his next drama?

Maybe the spirit pet and girl called Ye Feifei will be left for season 2? Is the novel really so good? I only took a peek a little, so i couldn't really judge it. I am also get confused that ouyang shang is not wang lu in the drama. But, it means that he loves her without minding his past anymore, and i want to re-watch to see from when wang lu loves her (it kinda subtle cause wang lu's character more like a sly character and a type that not easy to truly fall in love)? Did the novel ever state that wang lu loves her before uncover all his past life?
About ouyang shang is not wang lu: the first opinion, since i watched it without sub, i kinda roughly get an impression that they met ouyang shang in the dream of wang wu, maybe some of his conscious still left with wang wu. This opinion after i am thinking about it for a while so maybe the whole thing about ouyang sang is wang lu need to wait for season 2.
The second opinion: are there any rules of ban regarding reincarnation? so in order to pass censorship they need to makes them into different person.

Oh right ouyang sang ran away from the demon king cause he doesn't have any power to fight anymore since he already gave all of his power to wang wu, there he got sucked by somewhat dimension and live his life in earth, he is happy in earth without what responsiblity as sect eldest brother, but he remember the promise with wang wu and get embarassed to shirk responsiblity to his juniors that must protect the sect since, all the teachers of lingjian sect died, almost all of the gold generation died and leaving only some that can survives to revitalize the sect. So he comes back again but the price is he lost his memories and becomes wang lu. It is Not clear enough cause i only skimming through the pages but roughly the plot is like that.

Ehm i read but only took a peek at more or less 500 chapters (i didn't read from begining), i only skim through the pages, there are sentences that the relationship with wang wu last for two lifes,and when the arc of the past with ouyang shang, ouyang shang made the bet with demon king to fight, but weirdly wang lu said why the one that fight is him and not ouyang shang? Turn out that he is ouyang shang, he won the fight and got some knowledge from last demom king, but it doesn't mean that there won't be another fallen immortal that becomes another demon king. And then wang lu got the memories of ouyang shang. After that i don't read anymore, i feel the idea plot more or less same but the story inside is different, in drama all of the characters more alive since they are acted by actors, and the way they talk would be more improved since there are three screenwriters .

I will re-watch this drama again. So you maybe finish this drama first:)

The story even though different from the novel but i think the main plot is still the same with the novel. I don't really read the novel but kinda only peek a little, the old enemy died, when ouyang shang meet wang lu and wang lu realise his identity and reconsider his feeling toward her master after knowing his past life and after that the new enemy arise, and i don't read the next part of novel anymore, the conclusion in drama almost like the novel with the old enemy already gone while the new enemy arise. And the feeling they give us is just like they already planned for season 2 and the number epiosde they end also weird by 37 episode it just like there are more and maybe they cut it into two parts to completely end it. But if they end it only at 37 episode, it is okay too since i love all the actors that play all the characters here and i couldn't see if there are other new actors that can replace them, since they already made the characters into their own. I love all of the characters like wang wu's senior brothers and sister, they all are funny,the way they act the characters are really unique. Love all of them.

Is there an information about season 2? , i mean the fighting scene is all cool with all beautiful background, the story really can ship bromance and romance though, the story is funny but sometimes serious. It really would be ashamed to just end it with 37 episodes.

Aren't most chinese drama end up in cliffhanger or planned for season 2? It is rare to be completely finish the story like kdrama. I suggest just watch it and don't need to care about the ending so much as long as the story is entertaining for you, if you watch it just to watch the ending is a no good since chinese drama always focus to keep way for season 2.
