The romance part with wan er is the only thing i don't like in this drama. And actually she is already have much personality in drama with being cute, pure, kind-hearted, weak and loved by everybody. But the things is i don't know, i feel suddenly the mc love her so deeply is just like a lie. I would prefer fan ruo ruo, since the one that understand and always help mc from the beginning is fan ruo ruo, and it is much more believeable if she is the mc's true love. I don't know hai tang yet.

Isn't there romance bg (the mc and the female lead) in it even though the amount is little. I never watch nirvana on fire but there are others that recommend me too about it.

Haitang??? I haven't seen her yet in drama. But i think the impression that the mc and wan er give to me as a viewer is not true love.

Why do cdrama love to make season, they should just end it up shooting all of the story and then just cut it instead of the problem would the original cast comes back?

I agree somewhat i don't like wan'er at all. I hope he ends up with other people except wan'er, but it seems that couldn't happen with her as female lead than support character.

Can i just watch this now? Why they always take so long to air drama? Usually it would be half or one year or more after they wrapped up filming;(

The synopsis already tell all of the story, and it would be a tragedy ending....

They interact a lot and very interesting. The romance is subtle, at first, wang lu doesn't like his teacher at all and then well, he fall for her in the drama, the one that take initiative to kiss in the last episode is wang lu, and wang wu is really surprised cause he is her student. Their relationship is master and student so it is normal to not expect lovey dovey drama that usually where the mc is a girl, if this drama has second season the romance would be more noticeable since i seem to read the comment somewhere do they get married in the novel???. If you want to find relaxing drama and makes you laugh, this is the one, but the romance is subtle not heavy like eternal love etc.

Try it, cause the comedy element can be a hit or miss to someone, so you need to try it to know. For me, this show is really entertaining, not too heavy drama, it is kind of happy xianxia drama.

Wang lu and wang wu kissing in the end of episode.

After sword dynasty, i want to see more of her hopefully she starred in many historical fantasy drama, i am more interested with that genre.

Oh right, His little aunt is not really his blood-related aunt. After the ex-lover betray him, everybody saw him died (liang jing meng) in fire (his ex lover and friend want to kill him), unknown to them his uses his power and somehow escapes dead and becomes teenager, his aunt met him when she went to the cottage after the news about liang jing meng is dead. After that the teenager follow his little aunt.

There is romance (Ding ning actually is liang jing meng with his little aunt). Ding ning is so sweet though, he cooks for her and always worried if his little aunt got hurt or in danger. Ding ning as liang jing meng has an ex-lovers that betrays him while the aunt maybe get rejected??? in the past when he was liang jing meng. I am not really good with explaining all of that, just watch it by yourself maybe you will love the story like me:)
