Right, i agree even the ending song contain much more about the emotion scene for this three main lead's bromance, i don't see any of the girl scene in the ending so maybe friendship over romance?

I would say the producer is somewhat greedy by putting bromance and romance genre together. They are hoping success like the untamed. Maybe...., they should just choose one of those genre or neither at all, just stay friend throughout story maybe viewer won't comment too much.

I finished 2 season of big boss already, one of my favourite comedy drama.

The sleuth of ming dynasty is adaptated from bl novel, so there so be many ambiguous moment. Oh i see so you enjoy the bromance instead of romance, if it is romance and pure friendship or brother relationship the kdrama really has many like revenge note 2, but if it is bromance where we would expect more care or much more deep friendship that can be said bromance then cdrama has a few and probably much more since there are 59 bl novel that is adaptated as bromance drama, they just add a girl or more to pass censorship.

But the drama really show something that i would expect from low key bl though, just look at how wang zhi help tang fan get down from horse.
Even though there is a red dress girl here that makes thing much more smooth so that it can passed censorship, the bromance and brotherhood here is what i would expect when i am watching shounen ai undertone. If it is just normal bromance story or brotherhood without slight bl, i think kdrama have much more, example goblin kdrama (it is just pure friendship between two male lead no more no less) etc

Why the rating is down again? Is this drama bad?

No, i don't watch thai drama except full house with mike and i forget the female lead's name. I am not into heavy bl just subtle is enough, like bromance or friendship or family relationship, it is more rare in drama and much more precious than romance drama. Just say it cause the drama do has bromance or fan service like in the trailer and also in the last scene of ending song is the scene for only two male lead though. I think the female lead already fall for him for the first time , since she just force her way to rent the room even though she could just choose another place, if she ever fall for another person in that kind era, then what about her reputation? so the way that she teases lu yao in every chance that she got and makes her way in his life and said nonsense about how miracle a fate to make them live as roommates just makes no sense, since she is the one that force as his roommates. She is smart, and cause she fall for him, it makes sense to tease lu yao, but i do love their friendship, and even if it get to romance, it is okay since most of the episode about solving cases, and it is the drama that i enjoy most for now, it is really difficult to search good drama that i can watch since the last times i just delete many drama from my list cause not good enough and can only finished eternal love of dream, even kdrama memorist somewhat feel boring and tiring to watch despite i give it ten stars (there is a probablity i gonna delete memorist too).

The bromance and fan service are very much though, i really enjoy the moment lu yao and qiao chu seng, they are so hillarious, it is just the producer force the girl to be lu yao's roommate since i think it is quite weird to force a man and a rich girl as roommates in that era. so maybe the producer made that kind of story so it won't be bl and could easily pass the censorship. But three of them made a good teammates

No no no i don't care too much about age, i watch eternal love of dream because i watch eternal love peach blossom so i just curious about sequel and also i kind love theme of fantasy. It is not about 7 years difference it is about leo wu looks like a boy that just grow up, so do he have the charisma to pair up with dilraba?
