Smart, because even in those short few scenes that he was in, I was already finding him endearing and lovable. That actor is one of my favorite supporting actors in several dramas.

He doesn’t know who he messed with, but he’ll learn. 😏😂 He should know though because they already sent his behind into exile for his previous nonsense with Haode/Kangning. I normally don’t like to see people get beat up, but the way Leshan beat the hell of out him was hilarious. 🤣 Thoroughly satisfying.

I remember in “Go Ahead” that Song Wei Long’s character was taken to a TCM doctor by his father. The doctor told him his son had emotional problems, psychological distress . The doctor gave him medication, but said TCM products work very, very slowly and he urged them to see a Western doctor for treatment as well as psychiatrist. Natural remedies like herbs and teas don’t work as quickly as scientific pharmaceuticals. But, pharmaceuticals have side effects. So, both methods have their pros, cons, and limitations. The best treatments utilize Eastern and Western methodologies, in my opinion. I think a synergy is possible.

If I asked one of my female friends about a guy, “What do you think about Guy XYZ?” and she responded, “Guy XYZ is good, but I like you better”—I would find my friend’s response weird because I didn’t ask how she felt about me. I asked how my friend felt about Person XYZ. Why would she say how she feels about me?

It was an element in “Time and Him Are Just Right” also a Chinese drama. I asked because Mr. Luo seemed to say something to the effect of “Song Ran is good, but you’re better” when Zan asked Mr. Luo his thoughts about her. Or, perhaps I misunderstood the context.

True. I’ve tried watching a few of her other short dramas, but “A Familiar Stranger” was the only one I liked. She was supporting in a recent Miles Wei drama, but I can’t remember the name. She was the FL’s bestie.

Ke Ying’s doing great! I enjoyed her in “A Familiar Stranger.” I started following her based off that performance. Glad to see her steadily making a name for herself with bigger and bigger projects.
