20 minutes left of episode 8 but i apologise already from my previous post when i said inha probably wanted a…
Assault like that is never justified. Hyewon, however, thought she could mess around and treat In Ha like an ignorant plaything. He said “Not today, woman.” He needs to pay for assaulting her though. I hope she can get him back properly. She’s brave for pressing forward with a plan. A lot of women would have been scared sh💩tless. She’s used to being roughed up, however, because of her rough and crazy mother. A bit of assault doesn’t knock her off her game for too long. So, In Ha is the one who actually needs to be afraid.

She would've gained my respect if she'd planned to do it all herself. And only wait until the last moment to ask…
She couldn’t plan to do it all herself because she doesn’t have those kinds of skills. She’s self-aware, if nothing else. She’s also consistent. She approached Tae Oh in the beginning in college for help with her social climbing aspirations. She’s still doing the same thing 10 years later.

I just can't figure out why Han Tae Oh has so much faith in Kang In Ha. It's the only explanation for why he didn't…
Well said. I never trusted In Ha for one minute though. Always knew he was up to no good when he went after Hyewon in the first place.
On The Impossible Heir Mar 20, 2024
It’s finally actually getting interesting to me now. The show was cliché and boring with Tae Oh running the show and In Ha obediently following along like a simpleton. Now, that the script has been flipped, I’m like “Wait, what?! Now what’s going to happen. What’s he gonna do next?” Who even is this star of the drama because with In Ha’s about-face, Lee Jaeuck is looking like a punk right now. Tae Oh needs to get back on top quick.

the amount of cringe…. 😂
The kid’s voice dubber is the worst. Adorable kid, but the dubbing is so cringe 😬.

Someone was right—Main thing FL says is “A’Gou! A’Gou!” fretfully nearly every sentence. I love Xing Fei, but I’m not enjoying her acting here. Then again, maybe her nervous energy is just who the character is at this point and Xing Fei is doing exactly what she’s supposed be doing. The drama is entertaining though and I can’t wait to find out who she (Bai Cai) really is. Good visuals and good flow overall. Allen Ren is consistent.

this plot doesn't look good. any reviews so far?
It’s ok. Reminiscent of many other dramas in the mini genre (although these are ~30 minutes ea). FL was lost at sea and she comes back with a new identity. ML believes she’s the same person. The plot is building at a snail’s pace though. The chemistry and visuals are pretty good, but the men are too effeminate for my tastes. It’s distracting . The wardrobe stylist for the men has an odd style. Overall , it’s nice to watch when waiting for your main dramas to drop.

FL is a product of her environment Her whole family is cold towards each other. Her mom is trying to sue her....but…
I have yet to see her mother show her love. The mother only seems to care about the son and only ever scolds Hae In.
On Queen of Tears Mar 17, 2024
The kind way Hae In took time to meet with her husband’s siblings, the way she punished her brother for disrespecting her husband, the way she married a man far behind her wealth and social status all speak volumes about her character. She’s not a bad person at her core.
On Queen of Tears Mar 17, 2024
Hae In seems strong (and she is), but she’s also actually very insecure as well. She lacks confidence and wasn’t loved by her mother. Her insecurity makes her cold and aloof and always ready to fight. It seems her coldness made Hyun Woo insecure which in turn made him cold and distant with her. Maybe he felt useless to her previously. But now, with her illness and his jealousy of the 2ML, he’s starting to see clear enemies around her. Because of that he seems better able to assert himself in the husband/protector role, eg, the way he intercepted when the mom was giving FL a hard time about the business, killing the boar, etc.
