Hope they aren’t just fooling us and teasing us. I am not expecting much tbh. FL seems young. She’s good (I’ve seen her in other dramas), but I’m not sure she’s the type or if she’s really ready to do proper intimate kisses yet. Will be surprised if the director really gives us that. Will probably just blur out the camera during the kissing, I’m guessing.

Yeah, I get it, but she’s actually very good. She was in “Reset” and “A Little Thing Called First Love”, both excellent dramas. She reminds me of a young Seven Tan.

Both actresses are very pretty and talented. Shin Sae Kyeong was very good and very pretty in “The Girl Who Sees Smells,” “Rookie Female Historian,” and “Bride of the Water God” (even though that drama itself was a joke.) She will do fine in Arthdal Chronicles too.

In episode 13, Dai Gao Zheng (ML) has a bit of a Christian-Slater vibe. Man, he looks good with freshly-showered wet hair in his face.

I tune out ML’s bickering parents. They give me anxiety. The realism is spot on.

Outstanding episode 8. Jian Bing’s talent, poise, and professionalism were impressive. Loved it. Our boy was proud of his girl.

First few episodes are quite slow and belabored. A lot of setup to establish the characters and their situations/lifestyles. Has the typical tropey drunk girl scenes—Who is behaving like this in real life? Even still, the drama feels mature and realistic. Quality content. No baby-voiced, annoying FL. She’s strong and sensible and mature, except for the drunken bouts.
