Therefore, for 10 years, the Rongs harbored a “criminal” despite their well-meaning good deed. Grandma is annoyed that RSB’s mother got the Rong family involved in this mess, not surprising given how cold and uncompassionate Granny is.

Yes, that’s the drama. I edited my comment. I always disliked the name “Just Between Lovers” because it sounds so ridiculously provocative and the drama is not provocative or sexy in the least 😂. It was an excellent drama though, one of Junho’s finest works.

This drama reminds me of “Rain or Shine” (aka “Just Between Lovers”) with the building collapse and FL architect and the dad being accused of negligence, suicide—many similarities.

You might have a point. Grandma might be in on it. She has been shrewd for 60 years. Surely, a little hiccup like Yunshu wouldn’t trip her up and fool her to this extent. Grandma must be faking.

Of course, kinda predictable. I would be very surprised if that isn’t the case.

Ok, this is fire 🔥. I was on the fence about this drama, but at ep 8 I am solidly convinced now. That’s right, XZY. Go get your girl from that predator.

This drama is interesting and exciting. Great chemistry. The whole cast is engaging.

It’s not too bad. It’s gotten really interesting at ep 6. Fast-paced. Charming FL. Angsty ML. His face is inscrutable—he plays it cool, but he’s very observant and maneuvers a lot. He’s not simple at all.

Correct, the groom selection ceremony happens in ep 10, I believe.

The plot and chemistry here are a bit more engaging, totally different vibe—heavier, more fast-paced. There’s going to be more angst here and, it appears, conniving power plays between architect rivals with the FL caught in between. This drama isn’t perfect though. It hasn’t completely got me hooked. But, I am mildly intrigued. I’m still waiting to see the ML’s charm though. He’s too dry for my taste, never smiles. But, he’s observant though and a good listener—so he’s earned a few points in my book. He is also a fast mover—has already taken her out on a “date” under the guise of “we’re working.” Yeah, right, that’s all you’re doing hehehe 😏😏. The FL is thoroughly charming—love her.
