This drama is called “Beautiful” on iQIYI.

I doubt it. He just has beautiful eyes. He’s probably wearing makeup (like most actors) to make his skin look so flawless. But, I doubt he is wearing mascara. Guys always have thick, pretty lashes, prettier than most women.
