Best romantic C-drama to watch
I never write reviews, but this drama deserves one. From the start to the end this C-drama got me hooked up even tho I'm more into K-drama.The chemistry between the lead and the simple yet so touchy story line made me feel so many emotion, from laughing to crying, I felt every line the characters were saying. I really don't know how to describe it but the acting is so great that every emotions could be felt behind the screen.
Honestly, I gave up so many dramas and especially C-drama because of the low acting or basic story line but this one is a must watch, from the start to the end. I feel like Hidden Love will never be replaced in my heart.

You call that an ending ?
Firstly, I never did write a bad review cause I've rarely been that disappointed by a kdrama ending. I stand by my opinion which is: They should have just made a season 1, it's rare to see a kdrama with more than 1 season and it shows. To me, the only thing saving this drama is the acting, through the seasons.I thought the game would end at the end of the season, that the system would be destroyed thanks to Hwang JunHo's investigation, and not that the Squid Game would be relocated to the U.S. (What for anyway? A Squid Game USA version with weird scenes and heavy junkie things?)
In the end, it's the franchise and the profits at the expense of the experience for viewers who wanted a real ending.
As a viewer, I really didn't expect this ending and it's a personal point of view, you can agree or not..nothing is perfect in this world and injustice prevails but I expected more.
Rushed and empty ending. It's so sad because the season 1 was a masterpiece. What an unfortunate way to waste an ending.
PS: This is only my point of view, if you disagree it's fine because we all have different opinions, act like an adult and don't insult on the comments section ! 🫡 🍉

I was head over heels until the last episodes...
This kdrama had started so well, the genres: fantasy, drama and romance are well balanced. There's nothing cringe about this drama, by reading the synopsis you would think that it is a typical k-drama but that's not the case !I would like to appoint the insane chemistry between Cho Yi-hyun + Choo Young-woo, it really got me hooked up from ep 1 to 12. I hope to see them again in another drama, cuz their acting was on fire !
Also, thank you, dear writer, for sparing us an unbearable love triangle. Pyo Jiho was an endearing second lead, whose friendship and help was an important part of the drama!
However, there's a big but... The last episodes feels rushed, too much is going on and at the same time the episodes feels empty. I feel like we were are robbed from many side stories... Bong-su took all the spotlight and in the end we were robbed from side stories like for exemple maybe a romantic development for Cho HyeRi x Pyo JiHo or more moments in the College...
I've heard it was originally supposed to be 16 episodes, and it shows.
I honestly would’ve give it a 10/10 but this ending feels so rushed for me. But, this drama still has a huge place in my heart, I loved the chemistry, the acting, the friendship and the fantasy! Give it a try !!!
