Do you feel like the writers are forcing a romantic relationship? If so, i think that you're missing the whole point of the show. So far i find this series quite fantastic it tackels so many issues that professional athlets and the people around them go through. Love and heartache are also some of them. Some scenes are so crude and intimate that can make the viewer uncomfortable. It doesn't serve everything digested. That 's the beauty of the show
I'm officially out of love with this drama. Just finished ep 20 on fast forward mode and even then it mananged to bore the hell out of me. Not even the soft porn scene, which i'm usually a sucker for, could save this drama. I can't put into words how cheesy the whole romantic set up was. I was embarrassed for the actors.... Holly guacamole! They just spent a night together and the first think we see the morning after a supossedly hot night a close up of an over easy egg/runny yolk egg. Is that sexy? Romantic? What the fuck?!!!! What's the meaning behind it? Just confussed, i guess... It just feels like the writer ran out of ideas. It feels like a completely different show from the first half of the drama.

I´m also one with the unpopular opinion that Gaeul and Jegal´s relationship was bound to happen… and I´m actually ok with it, the actors are doing a fantastic job, it doesn´t feel out of the blue. I actually find it interesting that the writers decided to explore this uncomfortable situation. In real life, relationships like this one aren´t uncommon. The lines often get blurred between professional and client when deep experiences are shared. In this drama, like you said before, she wasn´t a normal patient and he has gone overboard for her. That I like Moo Geyol better for our leading lady just like everyone else? That's true as well. He is young, talented and gorgeous what´s not to like. But the heart wants what the heart wants and we don´t choose who we like. So I´m totally on board with the writers choices…. I love how uncomfortable they make me feel while watching the show hahahaha
SML is more interesting than the ML so far that's why
I've watched 4 episodes so far and for a short series i only know of the family and back story of the FL and SML. The only 2 things i know of the ML is that he really likes cheering and has a recuring dream or trauma of a girl getting hurt while cheering. To tell you the truth i don't find those atributes attractive or sexy. So i feel way more invested in the life of the SML. So yeah the fact that i know more of the SML makes him more interesting, i can connect more with that character. For you, it seems, not knowing and just taking wild guesses of the ML back story, present and future is more compelling. It is obvious that we don't share same taste when it comes to character development

In my opinion mental coach jegal is simply amazing. It doesn't follow the kdrama formula and that could be a bad thing for some and a breath of fresh air for others. The golden spoon is also very good with a complex plot and even more complex. characters. Like i said before if you enjoy Love In Contract then you won't like those shows.

I might have poor taste then ;) the ones that i'm currently watching and which i consider way much better than this one are:. The Golden Spoon and Mental Coach Jegal. But yet again i don't recommend them to you since i have poor judgement
