Oh my thats just so sad i miss the old kdrama community who was never this toxic tbh. Kdramas have been receiving an unnecessary amount of hate these days and while im not typically the one to dwell on ratings that much, it’s still quite disheartening to see so many good kdramas struggling to even earn an 8 on this site despite how good they actually are

The ml seo inguk is NOT even close to being ugly he’s gorgeous and i think you just dont see it

Imo they shouldve just sticked to only one genre/focus given the duration of the movie itself is already so short. The inconsistencies from horror and slasher to a sudden youth drama gave me a headache everytime bcs of how painfully awkward it was. They did just the same thing with the 1st movie also :,D

Imo they shouldve just kept the original korean title ‘the grotesque train’ so that more viewers would recognize its connection to ‘the grotesque mansion’ and understand that both movies share the same universe. But then again, those who have watched the first installment might not find this movie particularly groundbreaking as it still largely follows the same formula with only a change in setting and characters. But it’s interesting to note that both movies eventually still revolve around gwanglim and the cult to reinforce the continuity between one another

I can tell its a fast paced but i still feel so bad for trying so hard to like this drama only bcs im a simp for shin hyesun T_T

This drama is pretty decent but its obvious the production was done so rushed that the editing and stuff felt so off in certain scenes. Besides that lomon and hyeyoon did a great job as the leads and their chemistry is remarkable so i dont really get all the complaints regarding them

Wonderland was far better imo. I dont remember exactly what it was really all about but i can confirm i pretty much enjoyed it compared to this🥲 i had to go through numerous attempts to finish this movie before actually finishing it

Im so relieved with the ending but it honestly felt way too forced to be happy omg. imo it would’ve worked so much better if they hadnt wasted the mid series with all of those ming scenes. Also, just a mere thought and i could be wrong but i wonder why was the stone always so close to him even when he had already moved away

Pretty solid season but definitely not better than the other 2. Imo season 2 remains the most outstanding out of all 3 with only season 1 coming close

A really sweet and charming watch, but I disagree with people saying it’s better than 20th Century Girl. I gave both an 8.5 because they were solid enough to rise above an 8.0 but not quite impactful to reach a 9.0. To be precise, I’d rate 20th Century Girl an 8.7 and this one an 8.4. Slightly different bcs i had a sense where this was going while 20th Century Girl caught me off guard with its twist ending

Pretty decent ending but i have to agree it was super rushed and underdeveloped that it could genuinely be seen through, especially in ep 11. The entire ep felt totally like a fever dream because of uncanny it was compared to other eps lol. I think 14 eps would have been a perfect fit for the format and its unfortunate the production decided otherwise. However on the bright side, it was still a really worthwhile watch. Definitely not a waste of time, particularly bcs of how memorable the first 10 episodes were and ahh im already missing all of them. The cast did a great job and im so proud of the leads, notably. Make them reunite the 2nd time in a 3rd drama together and i’d still be the first in line to get head over heals by their incredible chemistry (∩ •͈ᴗ•͈)⊃━━ ☆ﾟ.*･｡ . Overall its a solid 8.5 watch. I started watching this bcs of kim hyesu but the ML irked me all along in the initial episodes. I stayed hoping he would grow on me but now that im halfway finished he’s still unbearable and looking from the reviews below it looks like they will develop an unnecessary romance between him and the FL so it added even more reason to feel unmotivated but all of the cases are really captivating enough to hold me back from dropping this :,D

Omg didnt expect everyone to be driven so mad by the latest ep when i was fed so well especially with the peak roller coaster in the last 10 mins it was so breathtaking

I suppose so since it was suggested by hyeon heop in one of the scenes with the news that there could possibly be several pairs. Plus we never got to see where the pair from the english teacher had ended up or why the glasses were at the motel in the first place
