The beginning of this was much much better than QoT, then it hit about the same level, and then we had the first 40 minutes of ep 12 which was so ridiculous it made the preceding episodes look stellar. QoT was mid, I'd rate this the same way but because the chemistry was better, I give it upper middle mid. LR I cannot judge fairly, because I have a strong bias with dramas that take me back to my youth, so I adored it despite the flaws.

It didn't entertain me for 13 hours, but I'm glad for you that you enjoyed it. Some of us thought various parts of it were a complete shit show

Interesting premise, great chemistry, started strong, fizzled out into repetitive predictable nonsense, first 40 or so mins of ep 12 were so stupid I had to keep pausing to sigh loudly and gather my strength to continue, ended well with good conversations between mother and daughter and the sisters.

I had to pause during the princess reveal scene because my 2nd hand embarrassment for Lin An and Qi An was so strong 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I was hoping they'd wrap it up in ep 13. Sigh.

I agree with the other person that it's gotten kind of boring (let's be honest, we've seen these tropes many, many times before), but I can't say it's confusing. It's extremely straight forward, too much so.
