All style, no substance. Too much wind and pretty crying. Only a couple of genuinely emotional moments given the amount of tears forced, which were only slightly less than the amount of plot recons sprayed at this drama. Great if you just want amazing visuals for some art inspiration.
🥹 yes it doesnt always happen but when something that does touch your heart it does leave a lasting impression
I think I like bittersweet endings the best, because in real life, isn't that the best we can hope for? Till death do us part means that the best possible outcome for a happilly married couple is that someone dies. Heartbreak is literally mixed into the vows (assuming a culture where that's a thing). For this reason, I'm happy just to see devotion for a lifetime. My favourite part was the illusion when they raised a child together, fell genuinely in love, and I also thought their 'sex' scene was smoking hot.
Some things never change. I was reading ALL the stuff when I was your age and younger. My mother had me reading…
I haven't read your stuff, but I'm glad that you're doing it. Putting your creative self out into the world takes bravery. You should always be proud of yourself for doing that.

I know of it, but I haven't read it. Regarding writing nude scenes etc, NEVER feel pressured by others to write something you are not comfortable with. It's a little bit different if you are trying to challenge yourself with something, say for example killing off your favourite character, but sex etc is a different thing that I don't think needs to be a 'writing challenge'. In the same way that some people don't want to watch smut, some people don't want to write it (especially at your age) even though they might read it. Don't pressure yourself about this. Just keep writing and enjoying the process ❤️
I'm so glad she took time off to focus on her wellbeing. She's an enormously talented young actress, and I was always happy to watch her, but her schedule was absolutely insane and many of us were concerned about that long before the break happened. Work life balance is incredibly important.
I am HIGHLY impressed by Ju Jingyi's acting. I didn't see this EXCELLENT performance coming, and so I'm delighted…
Agree with you on Ju Jingyi. Went into this not expecting anything from her, as I can't say she's impressed me in the 2 or 3 dramas I've seen her in. She very much took me by surprise here, and gave some beautiful scenes of vulnerability. I also agree that there's just too much going on. It's like a wild game of paint ball, but instead of paint they're just spraying plot devices all over the place and hoping something lands.
