Lee Dong Wook is currently reviewing the offer for Love Affair. He has been offered the role of Kim Ji Hun, a man with a stable job and a happy marriage who is suddenly stricken by a fatal love affair that strikes him like a car accident. He will portray the turbulent life of a man in his early 40s whose stable life is shaken to its core by a forbidden love.

Will also be a spicy, adult melodrama that defies taboos. It is also reported that the drama is currently in negotiations with Netflix. Since it will be released on OTT rather than on terrestrial or cable TV, the level of sexual expression is expected to be even more intense than in "The World of the Married." Director Mo Wan Il and the production team are reportedly actively casting actresses in their early to mid-30s for the role of Kong Hu Gyeong.

A representative from Lee Dong Wook's agency, King Kong by Starship, cautiously stated, "It is true that we have received the offer for 'Love Affair' and are reviewing it," adding, "We will make a final decision after checking all the details."
