Regarding the romance vs bromance stuff, it will be a romance as described by Netflix in their latest update for the "2026 What's Next Japan Slate" on January 27th. Netflix has also added LGBTQ+ under the genres for the show on its page. More of a question really of how much they delve into the romance and with the hopes that they don't just lightly tread over it
"Soul Mate is a tender romance between two young men, unfolding over the course of 10 years."
Not too sure about the progress on this but the production studio Artist Company updated their about page for 2026 and listed Literalism as a work in progress on their upcoming project slate for the first half of 2026. So I guess it's still around?
Not too sure about the progress on this or even the casting anymore but the production studio Artist Company updated their about page for 2026 and listed The Year We Turned 29 as a work in progress on their upcoming project slate for the first half of 2026. So I guess it's still around?
Ahn Eun Jin is reportedly considering an offer for the role of film director Lee Mi Do, who shines brightest on film sets. Even with a makeup-free face and a shabby T-shirt, her stunning figure can't be hidden. When she frowns and gets angry, her charisma explodes, even becoming more sensual. She has a boyfriend, but she's thrown into confusion after meeting a new love interest.
On the 28th, a representative from her agency, UAA, told Sports Today, "We have received an offer for the drama 'Another Love Affair,' and we are currently reviewing it."
In an article about Seo Ji Hoon's military enlistment, it says that All of Us Are Dead S2, which he stars in, is slated for release in approximately two years. I think they are implying that S2 will be coming late in 2027
I think it will be 11 episodes set in 60s (and maybe also 70s?) and then another 11 episodes set in the 80s. Maybe…
I think (but not sure) that they are going make a jump from the '60s to the '80s because Netflix mentioned last year and then again last week that it will depict the ruthless realities of the Korean entertainment industry in the ‘60s and ‘80s with no mention of the '70s
Listed as TBD but pretty likely to be in 2027
