Small teaser at 0:57 mark, looks like it will have a connection to drama Korea-Khitan War since the Goryeo Dynasty directly followed and closed the Silla Dynasty:
First few episodes started out so well and everything after that just felt like a chore to watch unfortunately. I really liked the story of the each of the patients, i think those were really well told
Also, Lee Min Ki's character in this just felt so outta place after it was revealed he was actually a detective and not dying. So many of his scenes felt so out of place and more like they just needed him to be the guy who constantly tells So Jeong what she was doing was morally wrong and to not euthanize the patients or that he would catch her for doing it
To early to tell still tbh, in an article about this earlier in the year they had said that this is expected to be will in Netflix lineup for 2026 or 2027
My best guess is that at the earliest, this will probably be a late in the year 2026 or first half 2027 release
So with filming due to start in March 2026 and if Park Byung Eun is right and the filming does take about a year…
I think that's a difficult comparison to make tbh, both are from different countries and completely different genres. And HOD was the follow up to one of the most-watched and critically acclaimed television series of all time. Expecting them to match or hold the ratings that GOT had was a tough task but they still pulled off really good numbers. Sometimes fans just feel like they've seen enough of a series sometimes
Also, season 2 of Moving didn't even get confirmed until towards the end of 2024 and the actors have other projects that they have to fulfill or schedule around before they can commit an extensive period of their time to this

I doubt it would hurt viewership tbh. With the cast they'll end up having and season 1 being a huge success, it'll probably hold firm or perform even better with the anticipation they'll be able to build
But it's for sure a bummer that fans will have to wait a long while for this
Tbh, not 100% certain because the literal translation to English isn't precise on a exact meaning from what i saw at least but Nyuneo was the Korean romanization of the original Korean title of 뉸어

Everything is always being rated so low for a while now for dramas that have barely had any episodes be aired
