saved by good visual casting from flopping.
i don’t really get the hype this drama gets. at first, i kind of did because i can’t deny the first episode was really great. i thought it had the potential to be one of the best, but they completely let us down with the poor writing. it just got more and more boring as the episodes came out.
the cast is visually appealing, but i don’t care if they look good when they act stiffly in a badly written series. i think there’s room to develop the characters more. most of them are lively and outgoing, but teerak acts like a child. i get that they’re going for a cute personality, but it just comes off as cringy to me.
then there’s muenfah, he’s always holding a freaking phone, and all he does is smile. even when smiling, he somehow looks stiff. it’s just so awkward.
to be honest, i feel like not a lot of people would watch this if thomas and kong weren’t in it. the series is only saved because of them, since they’re so hyped.
