I don't know why, even though I'm a women myself. I will never understand why women crave these types of female leads. It's in almost every dramas, and it's hard to watch. I've never read the webtoon, but a little less drama from her part would've been interesting. Show some fierceness, and not stare into the abyss when the 2ml was crude towards her. The way he told her to stop seeing the magician like he had any right? Why is that so endearing to women, I will never understand.

It's a kdrama kink. Females are always portrayed as poor, innocent, angelic victims that could do no wrong. They have to be bullied by classmates, and have to deal with cold male leads (this case the 2ml) who treat them like sh*t in the beginning. They are also very forgiving for some reason

Yikes, I thought apple and disney were same services. Anyway, agree with you. Western hands in Korean dramas are bringing the quality down. I hope most of kdramas stick to their tv productions without the support of any streaming services.

It's because of the streaming services like apple and netflix. They want to find the golden goose so they can milk the dramas further. These open endings or hints at second seasons are for them to just drag a drama for more money. Some dramas are good for sequels, but dramas like Adamas and Bigmouth are definitely NOT!

I really hope this drama ends with a wrap up. Lately, most of netflix and appletv+ dramas have had unsatisfied open endings where they want a 2nd season.

As a Ji chang Wook fan, his dramas are interesting, fun, and watchable . His presence makes all the difference, and no other actor can shine in his role the way he does. His talent isn't wasted, we appreciate him very much.

there's a guy named ak76 with multiple accounts (i caught him say the same things) calling male idols overrated and girly, and giving their dramas a 1 star. he also proceeds to call the female leads the carriers of the show to prove something. Right now he's on seo inguk's page calling me a misogynist and gay (im female) for liking him. He went on Ji wook's new drama and called him girl, he's also on an unreleased drama "bad prosecutor" page calling D.O untalented becasuse he's an idol. Admins need to take care of him.

I wasn't going to watch this, but after reading there is no romance involved, I'm so excited to watch. Thankfully it's on netflix.

Some people are so obsessed with their fellow idols, they disregard other peoples feelings so easily. That is why, when you write a negative comment, just don't read or reply to their fanatic replies. Kfans are the worst out there. Defending their idols is what they do for a living.
