So, at the end of today’s episode, it seems like this is another misunderstanding trope. I really hope the mom isn’t the one who abducted jy because that would be the most predictable plot ever. We still have many episodes left though, so I believe there’s going to be a lot more going on. We’ll see. Things are getting interesting and I’m really curious to find out how jy actually survived.

did you see the post credit scene? he is alive. there’s a theory that Sung ki’s superhuman survivability might not just be luck. the theory is that his accidental contact with the alien biological fluids earlier in the movie may have altered his physiology or given him some kind of accelerated healing ability. Since this is planned as the first part of a trilogy, I wouldn’t be surprised if this is something they explore in the sequel.
I really like the subjective sequence in this drama. It was so brilliantly done. The characters are well written and have more substance. What makes this better than other slice of life dramas is that it doesn’t need someone to die just to make you cry, just life and real human struggles. Everything is a 10/10.
